This is what I am trying to say (in the trailing email): no one called me and sent a reply to all the responsibilities & penalties faced on the customer account. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED by your DISHONESTY and CHEATING consumers... PATHETIC SERVICE. This is totally HORRIBLE. Oben Electric Bike Showroom - Okhla, Delhi Address: S-8, Pocket S, Okhla Phase II, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, 110020 is showing a callous attitude and total DISREGARD, DISRESPECT, and APATHY towards your customer. This is totally DISGUSTING towards your side. My name is Amber Nazim. I purchased Oben Rorr Amber Nazim on 15-11-2024. Booking ID: 2400005613 Model Name: Rorr EZ-4.4KW-Photon White... full payment on 20-12-2024 Rs. 1,33,280, but till date no response has been received. Even if I called him for an update against my bike delivery & payment invoice, he did not update any status. or my email ID is also not correct in their records, sending my details to some wrong email ID. This is very alarming; my personal details have been sent to the wrong email ID. call received from (7204253862) . Threatening to cancel my Bike booking and refund your amount, and it will take one month. I also called your customer service (very pathetic service) not responding properly. This is totally HORRIBLE. Your company is showing a callous attitude and total DISREGARD, DISRESPECT, and APATHY towards your customer. This is totally DISGUSTING towards your side. I fail to understand how difficult it is to solve a simple issue in your accounts. It is either that your staff is INCAPABLE or maybe there is no need to treat the customer with RESPECT. This kind of behavior by you people is unfair and downright harassment. We work hard for our living, and now you people are effectively stealing our hard-earned savings in this fashion. Please find enclosed my full payment for your reference. Please tell me whom I have to meet in senior management to get my issue resolved. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED by your APATHY. PATHETIC SERVICE.
