I purchased Amere Magnus ex on 26-July 2022 from an Amere dealer from Uttam Nagar named T-1 Electric Private Limited. At the time of purchase, I have been told that they have their own service center adjacent to the showroom. Now, whenever I visit the showroom for any complaint they ask me to go to the service center of Yamaha, Uttam Nagar. They told me that their service center is not open yet. I came to know that the service will not include washing as promised at the time of purchase. Not even they told me about the status of the application submitted for reimbursement of subsidy. I read good reviews about Ampere before purchasing the bike but now I am totally disappointed with the response and will not recommend anyone to go for Ampere Magnus.
