-Total Quality management including Kaizen activities, 5S, pokayoke, JIT, KANBAN, Total productive maintenance etc, Tracking PM, CM, BD, TPM, AMC
-Review, monitor and create awareness amongst workforce on efficiency, initiate action on deviations to ensure manpower productivity.
-Address employee grievances; prepare employee engagement and development plans to build a motivated team
-Review compliance with ISO 9000 standards, Corrective and Preventive actions on critical issues, and build quality -culture by implementing best practices in quality.
-Reduction in Breakdowns, improvement in MTTR and MTBF parameters are the main responsibility.
-Ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of the EHS system and procedures, motor testing, Manufacturing process, Production line, TPM, Motor Testbed Operation, Maintenance
-Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve the raw material supply chain
