2. Handling the customer complaints across dealer network to reduce customer dissatisfaction.
3. Training of service team at the dealerships - Both technical and soft skills
4. Responsible for after sales support and spares.
5. Ensuring dealer profitability and Standard Operating Procedures at dealership end
