Speed Criteria:

Basic Troubleshooting:

       Required tools: Multi-meter

• Step1 : Check battery voltage between connection (4) and (5).

               If above wires doesn't show any voltage then battery need to be checked.

• Step 2 : Connection 12 & 5 should have same voltage as battery voltage.
               If connection doesn't show same volatage as battery voltage then problem should be in following module.

                  1)   LED Switch - 

                      a. In LED Off state connection 13 & 5 should show 12V - If 12V not shown then please check key switch connection.

                      b. In LED On state connection 14 & 5 should show 12V - If 12V not shown LED switch is faulty.

                  2)   Relay - Basic observation to check relay - When LED switch toggles that time relay should create (click sound) if there is no sound then relay is faulty.

                      a. Connection 17 & 5 should show same as battery voltage - or Red wire in 3 core wire could be damaged.

                      b. Connection 16 & 5 should show same as battery voltage in LED On stage - or Yellow/Green wire in 3 core wire could be damaged.

• Step 3 : Voltage between (8) and (9) should show 5V

• Step 4 : Accelerator Setting - in ideal stage Voltage between (8) and (10) should be below 1.2V
