Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of the vehicles before dispatch.
  • Responsible for ensuring stringent checks/ inspections (including that thorough cleaning and washing).
  • Inspecting all the completed work.
  • Ensuring all work is properly documented.
  • Reporting to the Manager in case of any deviations.
  • Test-drive the vehicle to ensure the vehicle is operating as designed.
  • Perform in-process testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
  • Inspect assemblies/sub-assemblies for proper quality before proceeding to next step in procedure.
  • Responsible for thoroughly inspects of all finished products following a standardized checklist.
  • Responsible to maintain record and report any defects, non-conformance or substandard conditions.
