What you’ll do at Ather:

                MeetCost, Quality & Schedule goals for Programs/Projects.

                Publish& Review Black Box level DVP.

                Reviewand Approve test reports.

                Architectdesign of test stations for DVT in accordance with safety standards.

                Participateand contribute to DFMEA & PFMEA reviews. Drive tests identified inDFMEA/PFMEA

                Participateand contribute to DFM, DFS and DFR reviews.

                LeadDebug of issues during DVP and help build a database of lessons learnt.

                Analysefunctional dependencies of FW/HW modifications to help decide on regressiontest plans during FW upgrades or HW changes.

                Publishplans for SW/FW regression tests in DVP plans and procedures.

                Publishsafety and regulatory test plans as per recommended standards

                Standardizationof DVP across HW designs.

                Leadautomation of test stations and procedures to enhance test time and accuracy.

                PeriodicEvaluation and update of Technical & Soft-Skills in the team.

                ManageCompetency Matrix for individuals in the team.

                Guideteam in successful evaluation of key product differentiators through effectivebenchmarking.

                Demonstrateagility while managing technical and execution risks in situations demandingrapid, dynamic changes.
