What you’ll do at Ather:

As a Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for

• Responsible for execution of test cases for PRD attributes

• Responsible for All the operations and maintenance of equipments/rigs

• Work closely with attribute engineers for the attributes testing and ensuring accuracy of the same

• Raising bugs and highlighting the critical failures in the system/vehicle immediately

• Responsible for proper usage of equipments/Instruments and machineries

• Adhering to test standards/procedure suit the testing needs 

• Responsible for creating quality test reports with relevant information

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of electric vehicle performance

• Proven experience in dyno operations and its controls

• Proven experience of working in instrumentation, data acquisition and data processing

• Basic Data analysis skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent data visualization skills

• Should be willing to come in 3 shifts

You bring to Ather:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s in mechanical or electrical engineering or any other equivalent field.
