You’ll be our:Product Manager - Vehicle HMI

You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

What you’ll do at Ather:

• Responsible for Vehicle HMI

• Understand customer/market/field context and distill it down to problem statements/ series of problem statements for the internal teams that directly impact customer outcomes

• Contribute to the overall product roadmap, and maintain product backlog

• Specify detailed requirements, user stories and specs for current and future products by thorough understanding of user behavior and consumer immersion through research, survey etc. 

• Lead coordination with the cross-functional team of program managers, developers, UX/UI designers to deliver on product enhancements for short- and long-term releases. Lead and sign-off on all trade-offs related to the product.

• Monitor the product for usage, feedback and issues and include improvements in the roadmap

• Support and provide guidance on the creation of customer facing product communication including release stories, manuals, catalogs, websites and other publications

• Influence stakeholders and foster internal relations to drive towards a single outcome

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Previous Product Management experience in a B2C company

• Impeccable thought clarity with sound problem-solving skills; ability to complexity and ambiguity while managing competing priorities

• Strong aesthetic/design sensibilities

• Basic understanding of of web and mobile technologies, Android, Cloud database and IoT cloud platforms, data querying and visualization tools

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of project management tools - Jira/ MS Project

• Familiarity with Agile development processes

You bring to Ather:

• An Engineering degree, an advanced degree such as an MS or an MBA would be good to have

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
