You’ll be our: Product Designer (UI/UX)

You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

You’ll be aligned with: Studio Lead

You’ll be a member of: Industrial Design 

What you’ll do at Ather:

• At Ather, you will drive design projects (app or dashboard features/ experiences) from concept to release. 

• Collate user insights and business requirements to define your project scope.

• Define problem statements to solve within the project.

• Present holistic experiences that stitch together both emotional and functional design.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Create high fidelity assets and storyboards, using Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools.

• Conduct and support user research  

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to implement innovative solutions for the visual design and execute on it

• Product designers who have a cross-functional approach to design and are curious to explore new product interaction models. 

• an affinity for designing cohesive experiences across multiple interfaces

• a sensible and thorough pursuit of user delight, 

• a track record for delivering thoughtful and impactful products and services.

• Affinity for complex design problems at all levels - from information architecture to interaction design to prototyping and high-fidelity mockups

• a strong designer who thinks conceptually and strategically about design.

You bring to Ather:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed design school, but relevant experience trumps education qualifications.

• 1- 4 yrs designing and delivering apps / features within an app/ vehicle HMI design.
