What you’ll do at Ather: 

• Maintaining backlogs and product roadmaps for systems assigned to you

• End to end solution design and build vs buy decisions for these solutions

• Working closely with Engineering and design teams to flesh out solutions

• Leading a team of upto 3 Associate product managers and/or interns

• Working with program team to ensure planning is accurate and provides high predictability

• Partner management for solutions that require collaboration with external vendors/teams

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Product Management experience on consumer software products

• Team management experience preferred, but not required

• Multiple stakeholder and program management 

• Must be a UX fanatic with good aesthetic/design sensibilities

• Analytical and problem solving abilities. Knowledge of SQL or any data querying language will be a bonus

• Writing crystal clear solution documents that enables collaboration

• Startup experience or roles donning multiple hats will be a bonus

• Understanding of web/mobile tech stacks. Coding experience will be a bonus

You bring to Ather: 

• No specific educational background mandatory. Software Engineering will be a bonus

• 5 to 10 years of Product Management experience on consumer and/or enterprise software products
