Hi, I have a epluto 7g. Battery is overheating from last 2 days. Lodge a complaint on there website because there is no service centre near me. Pure ev representative call me and I told him problem. Agent said me to buy a new battery and not to use old battery.My battery is under warranty. Why I will pay for new. Please solve my problem.
