Okaya Battery service Related

I have been associated with Batt:RE Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. Kasra No 351, 80 Feet Road Vinayak City, Guru Marg, Sirsi Road Neemera, Bindayaka, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302041, CIN: U29100RJ2017PTC059452 since 2021. I have a Two wheeler Electric Batt:RE LO:EV model. My vehicle number is registered with VIN 20201119023. On the date 12/12/2023, the vehicle stopped suddenly even though the OKAYA battery was 32%, in which 30 AMP OKAYA company battery is used, which has been for some time since the contract with OKAYA is terminated, now they do not have to repair or service the battery. Battery switching off suddenly and Even after full charge, mileage is only 25 km. and Vehicle stops after 3 points in the battery. The vehicle was working fine till One year. But after the service after one year, we are facing too many issues with the battery. Sometimes it was switching off intermittently even with full charge. We gave to service for the above issues on October 12.12. 2023 at Batt:RE LO:EV 30Ah Authorized Distributor Service Center, Ahmedabad. We complained to service center immediately and returned the battery for service at Authorized Distributor Vani Corporation, Bhuyangdev Cross Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, ph.72010 09900. But the fix was not provided till now (05/01/2024) and they are keep saying that it will take one month. The customer service number(8306060666) provided in your site is also not given satisfied answer and service. As we still have 3 year warranty for the battery, the response from the customer service is extremely annoying and Vani corporation and Battery Company after sale service employee Mr.Bernard Mandis (8905992900) they are not at all responding on call, WhatsApp, email properly. We are completely dissatisfied with this response from service center and the service they provide. We are also unable to find any other Batt:RE Lo:ev service center around our locality. This waiting time is not at all acceptable. Even though we heard many complaints about EV vehicles, we trusted Batt:RE Lo:ev and bought this vehicle to our dismay. We just paid around Rs. 70,000/- and bought this vehicle before an year and it’s tough for us to pay another Rs.30,000 to buy new battery. Even though we are covered under warranty, asking customers to upgrade the battery is not a satisfactory experience with Batt:RE Lo:ev. Please take action immediately and help us resolve this issue. If you are unable to fix this issue, please do action. We will never turn back to buying Batt:RE EV vehicle for at least Future.

Battery Faliure of Epluto 7G

Battery Faliure of Epluto 7G Date: 29.1.2023 Vehicle : Epluto 7G Date of purchase: 06/03/2022, at KSB Group & Bharat Motors, LB Nager Hyderabad. Issues: Battery Failure. Vehicle started problem after 6 months hardly 500 km running and every time they takes 2 to 3 months for repair. Recently on 14-09.2023 we added additional device in the battery . They charged extra payment of Rs. 8791, even though it is in warranty period. After this also it s not working. We again given battery to KSB showroom 15.09.2023 they tested and said that we will replace the new battery with two weeks. They raised ticket on 19.102023 vide no:S1000822296. After two months also they not answering when they will send. Very Poor service and request people not to purchase Pure EV Vehicle. The customer service number provided in your site is also not reachable. As we still have 3 year warranty for the battery, the response from the customer service is extremely annoying and they are not at all responding properly. We are completely dissatisfied with this response from service centre and the service they provide. We are also unable to find any other Pure EV service center around our locality. This waiting time is not at all acceptable. Even though we heard many complaints about EV vehicles, we trusted Pure EV and bought this vehicle to our dismay. We just paid around Rs. 1 Lakh and bought this vehicle before an year and its tough for us to pay another 40,000 to buy new battery. Even though we are covered under warranty, asking customers to upgrade the battery is not a satisfactory experience with Pure EV. Please take action immediately and help us resolve this issue. If you are unable to fix this issue, please take back the vehicle and return our money. We will never turn back to buying EV vehicle for atleast another 5 years.

Battery Drop Issues after one year

Date of purchase: 30/08/2022 Issues: 1. Battery switching off suddenly 2. Even after full charge, mileage is only 15KM 3. Vehicle stops after 3 points in the battery. The vehicle was working fine till One year. But after the service after one year, we are facing too many issues with the battery. Sometimes it was switching off intermittently even with full charge and comes to life when we connect the charger and charge it for some time. Other times, it works when we shake the plug connecting to battery and switch off and on the main battery switch. We gave to service for the above issues on October 10 2023 at PURE EV Service Center, Green Court, Door No- 5A, VD Towers, Jalladampettai Main Rd, Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600100. Even after the service, we faced the same issue and on November 8th 2023, the battery got switched off and never got started again. We complained to service center immediately and returned the battery for service. But the fix was not provided till now (Nov 25 2023) and they are keep saying that it will take one month. Service centre is also pushing us to buy new 3KWH battery with additional cost around Rs.40,000. So far, we have used only 2,700 KMs and we are unable to use it for long distances as well. The customer service number provided in your site is also not reachable. As we still have 3 year warranty for the battery, the response from the customer service is extremely annoying and they are not at all responding properly. We are completely dissatisfied with this response from service centre and the service they provide. We are also unable to find any other Pure EV service center around our locality. This waiting time is not at all acceptable. Even though we heard many complaints about EV vehicles, we trusted Pure EV and bought this vehicle to our dismay. We just paid around Rs. 1 Lakh and bought this vehicle before an year and its tough for us to pay another 40,000 to buy new battery. battery mileage issue

Issue in mileage of scotty after full charge its gives only 40 KM. My battery is under warranty period , i give this to delaer on 06-Oct- 2022 for rectification but after nearly 1 month I still waiting for battery . I have made so many call to dealer and okinawa person but no proper response when they giveback my battery.

4 months ago I bought an electric scooter, after some time its battery handle broke down, complaining about this in the service canter near me that they gave me 10 days time date 01/09/2021 I gave the battery to them but still no one The information is not received, if I go to the service canter, then no one talks right, works late, no one listens, I am suffering a lot, please help me
